Have seen and heard about various other centres where tutor jus instructs the students but this is the only place where I saw the tutor makes us feel relaxed and comfortable alongside as she performs the aasanas along with them. Not to stop with just stretching, loosening, aasanas, the tutor @Prabha Akka who does teaching with passion explains the benefits and also makes sure at all mistakes are corrected then and there when committed to have a proper posture . A truly worthwhile place where the centre itself soothes u initially and we’ll have a sense of lightness and enjoyment as we leave the centre. Joined initially for my back pain which was relieved in some weeks time , nd now continuing on with the yoga journey along with Prabha Akka is an amazing Journey. If anyone is on the lookout for a proper yoga session, have no second thought of joining us!
