I recently completed a one-to-one pregnancy yoga class. The trainer was knowledgeable and supportive, helping me connect with my baby. All throughout the class the baby was active and enjoyed to practice yoga. I was experiencing body aches and stiffness, but after attending these classes, I noticed significant relief and improvement in my flexibility. The personalized attention, motivation and guidance I received were valuable, and I felt comfortable throughout the sessions.

Suguna maam is a great yoga teacher. Great sense of what needs to be taught to heal body physically and mentally. Not just yoga from breathing exercise to meditation is included in the sessions.
