Power Yoga Studio

I'm pretty much a complete beginner I just tried a few yoga sessions in jalgaon before coming to Rohtak. for me the power yoga centre is great! The teacher had plenty a Of personal focus,and attention to my posture .They also guided me through a few routines and let me try them on my own.The lessons were very calm and the teacher really set a peaceful tone throughout with their instructions.And yes I definitely recommended this place to take yoga classes in Rohtak.

I joined power Yoga classes on July 2nd 2023. During this period I loose 10Kg weight.I had joint pain in both of my leg before joining the Yoga classes. Now I am fit & there is no pain. My B. P. Level & Heart beat also remains according to health parameter which was not O. K before Yoga class. I feel myself more fit & energetic now. I am thankful to my Yoga teacher for making me fit & health concious.

Suffering from back pain since long which casues stiffness in my back muscles too..sometimes unable to keep my back straight due to severe pain. I started yoga classes 5 months ago.. I have felt the difference... Now my muscles are relaxed and stiffness has been reduced. Thanks to Power Yoga classes.

The instructor is knowledgable and maintains supportive environment. Yoga helped me find my inner peace and improved my flexibility. Everyone should have a trial class. ✌️

Yoga is good for our health.when i join the yoga i feel very light. My body feeling flexibility. Yoga is very important for everyone.

I was able to learn yoga from scratch here. There is lot of stress given on technique and it was a great experience overall. Highly recommended.
