Me and my daughter joineded Gurmant wellness studio 2 months ago . we feel very energetic and strong. my daughter also very happy to join and she likes meenakshi mam nature and how to give attention everyone personally. my posture is improved and my neck pain and stiffness also very improved with these sessions . Mujhe last 8 months se PCOD ka problem tha. Maine medicines bhi li par koi relief nahi mila, weight badh gaya tha, mood hamesha kharab rehta tha aur main pareshan rehti thi.
