I have been in this gym for long time and the trainers right now in this gym never helps someone if they see someone strugling between sets.Now you shall say that I can have personal training but keeping personal training aside, it is responsibility for trainers to help someone strugling

Well equipped fitness studio with great coach. Personalised attention even in group classes. I suffered from knee pain before coming here. It's now been almost 3 months since I've joint and felt tremendous improvement. I've become fit and am able to perform a lot of yoga asanas that I could not earlier.
