Joined Hitesh sir yoga during lockdown and it was the most correct decision of my life. All my backache , tiredness and lethargy went away soon after joining yoga sessions... sir is well experienced and teaches different style of yoga like wall yoga, blind yoga, stick yoga, ball yoga.
