30 Days With Yogsamskar !! I was suffering varicose veins from last 1 year and had tremendous pain even if I stand or run for 30 mins but today on occasion on Sri Ram Navmi after completing 30 days period on Yogsamsakar, I observed that even by standing for 12 hours in Prasad distribution, I didn't observed any pain and that's a wonderful achievement, all thanks to Mukul guruji and Yogasanskar.

My experience at Yogsanskar after doing one session was very good. Felt much more relaxed. Many negative thoughts would come to my mind on a daily basis but throughout the day those were very few. The Omkar Dhyaan helped a lot. I used to feel thirsty and hungry even after having a meal and a sense of dizziness would come when I went out. But now there is a decrease in the sensation.
