Excellent Gym with positive, friendly and motivating environment. The manager Ms Gurpreet is prompt and sincere and trainer Mr Prince is helpful and well informed. I love attending the regular bollywood dance , bhangra , aerobics, yoga classes . These classes along with regular weight training help me improve my overall fitness and at the same time enjoy my fitness journey.
