Very effective and useful yoga sessions has been given by Dr.Himanshu Dixit and very kind and sweet nature and so much relief I have in my spine in sessions....

I really appreciated how clearly you explained each pose and the transitions between them. Your verbal cues were excellent. And your instructions were easy to follow, even for a beginner like me. I never felt lost. And you did a great job of breaking down more complex poses into manageable steps...... Excellent guidance ......

It has been a great learning experience with sir! He guides us very well and gives us instructions according to each person’s ability. He keeps us motivated and is a great teacher 🙂

Yoga was a little boring to me until i joined nirogya yoga classes . Its been 6 months now and the change i have seen in myself is just amazing . Thankyou to Himanshu Dixit sir for all his guidance and for the major transformation in my health . He is really a mix of friend and a mentor .
