My experience with Naveen sir is amazing as he is a wonderful yoga Teacher. He showed me a new way to look at yoga, he inspired me so much. His personality shines bright and makes you feel welcomed and accepted. His style of teaching is very informative. He has so many healing teachings and words that teach you life lessons that you will carry with you along your whole life.

Came here for one lesson. They were really responsive and really nice. I had a really good class, the people there are really friendly and welcoming. The teacher expand my knowledge about meditations and shared with me after the class from his life experience Will definitely go there again!
