Chair yoga classes went on slow and steady for us over 60 yrs to understand clearly. It gave me promising results our muscles and nerves due to age turns stiff but yoga and it's postures makes it flexible and relaxing . A must to do for all to have a relaxing life and fearless life and ofcourse to be independent
Gopalsamy ji is very passionate about yoga and his teachings. He takes time to explain the health and spiritual benefits of each asanas and the correct methodology. I have gained immensely from him as my first Guru. My pranams to Him
