For the past one year I am attending the yoga class of Mr.Yoganand master. He have more experience and knowledge of yoga. He instructs us very well. I am gaining lots of health benefits from this for both mind and physical.

For the past few months, Yoganantham Master has been teaching me yoga. I adore his teaching style and breathing exercises. I feel more energized and my body is much more flexible now.

மனிதன் முழு வாழ்வு120 ஆண்டுகள் என்று வகைப்படுத்திருக்கிறார்கள். இந்த மாஸ்டர் என்னை பொருத்தமட்டில் யோகா பயிற்சிப்பவர் இல்லை. இவர் ஒரு ரிஷி. இந்த பயிற்சிக்குவந்த போது ஆரோக்கியம் இல்லாமல் வந்தேன். இந்த பயிற்சி என்னை மிகவும் ஆரோக்கியம் மட்டுமல்லாமல் மன உறுதியை தந்து அமைதியாக சிறப்பாக வாழ்நாளை நடத்த வழிவகுத்து ஆசி வழங்கினார்.இந்த ரிஷி எனக்கு முழு வாழ்நாள் வாழ ஆசிர்வாதம் செய்து ஒரு ரிஷியாக என்னுள் இருக்கிறார். .
