Yog Power Academy- Yoga class

"Healing, Happiness, and a Mother-Daughter Ritual" I've been attending classes for 6 months now. I initially came to this academy after receiving a PCOS diagnosis at 21, hoping to find a sustainable, natural way to manage my health. Under the guidance of the Rashmi ma'am, the results have been profound: I can proudly say that I can manage my pcos now. Beyond this, every single day I feel mentally and physically amazing. That hour I spend at the academy is truly the happiest hour of my day. The positive impact has been so profound that my mother now joins me; it’s become her daily ritual, and she absolutely loves it too! I wholeheartedly recommend Yoga Power Academy.

I am happy to share that the yoga sessions have been very helpful in improving my flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. The instructor teaches each asana clearly, ensures correct posture, and creates a calm and supportive environment. I truly appreciate the focus on breathing and relaxation techniques.
