I always have some health issues and reason being I joined Yoga with my husband at Sunshine Yogshala. I must say Jyoti mam is an amazing yoga teacher. She us humble ,kind and so calm and I really loved the process and irrespective of my personal challenges, I try to do Yoga Daily under her supervision . Thank you ma'am

Our faculty, Jyoti maam is personification of grace. She makes the practice of Yoga about personal growth and betterment of each individual. In each class, we work on something new and praise how the simplest of poses require so much effort and perfection. Thus everyday class is exciting and not mundane. With maam's directions, we push ourselves to be better. Personal guidance regarding nutrition, all aspects of well being, with gentle nudges for staying consistent, has made this yoga class, a true gem. Kudos to maam for creating a class that makes us want to stay consistent with our yoga practice!

Many people told me that yoga is great for health, but it wasn’t until I started classes at Sunshine Yogshala that I truly felt the benefits. Now, I can say it’s absolutely true, and having Jyoti Ji as an excellent yoga teacher has made all the difference.

She is the best not only for yoga but as a councellor also . I have lost 4 kg appx in just 1.5 month. She is really a inspiration, heals mind while her yoga session. Yoga now is my passion. I m continuing with mam in my personal yoga session. I hope the same from her side . Mam u r the best.

Teacher is very calm n knowledgeable... I have tried too many classes earlier... One of the best classes I have ever seen before... Proper guidance and managing system on your individual problems... Must join... Completely reasonable...
