Namaste Yoga point

Its not been a long time since am here but i have already begun to see the change. Coming from a night owl who had extreme difficulty getting up even at 8 am…now i wake up at 5:30 cause it feels erring to miss unto even 1 day of workout. Mrs Sonika Ma’am isnt only approachable wrt to yoga but she also encourages everyone in the class everyday. I thoroughly enjoy every session . One hour goes away just like that. Not kidding! The asanas arent easy but the grit and determination to get it right makes it all worthwhile.

Thank you Sonika Ma’am because of you I Experienced better breathing , a good boost in stamina & felt more calmer , gradually improving myself there with the proper guidance of yours. The vibe and energy i feel during all the yoga sessions are just wonderful❤️

Best yoga studio ma'am is very hard working I have lost of changes in my body and mind I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher Sonika mam teaches more than just postures. She had plenty of personal focus, and paid attention to my postures. One of the best yoga centers I have ever been to. The trainer is super cool and very reliable. Knows what she does and attends to each student. The environment is very welcoming, and you don't dread going to the center every morning.
