Anu Ma’am is an expert instructor - knowledgeable, supportive and attentive to details. I particularly enjoy the Aerial Yoga which is both challenging and liberating. Highly recommend!

I recently started classes at anu's yoga studio and its been such a grounding experience. The space itself feels calm and welcoming and ma'am really takes time to guide everyone at their own pace.
