The yoga Center offers high quality classes for students of all levels. The teachers are very professional and encouraging. I spend three weeks there with daily classes and felt how my flexibility increased. The pranayama is emphasized in class, which helped me to strengthen my lung and accomplish also challenging Asanas. I recommend this Center to all yoga lovers.
Professionally I am a banker. Since the last 08 months I have been doing yoga in the Sree Sreenivasa yoga centre, Really I feel energetic and stress free throughout the day. Sir, take much attention to each person and guide us accordingly. Undoubtedly I look forward to this yoga centre to be in new heights.
Perfect yoga center, clear explaning of each and every ASANAs, if we do one ASANA, what will effect in body, which results comes from that asans explaing clearly, if anybody learn yoga its perfect center, Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes.
