My doctor suggested me to take yoga class and I found Sakthi yogalaya. Been taking classes past 1 month. My instructor Devi mam is very good, knowledgeable and flexible too. One-to-one classes are so effective for me and helped reduced my stress level and headaches. With the encouragement I am getting here, I really like to continue yoga throughout my life.

Sakthi yogalya yoga class was a truly refreshing experience. The instructor Ramya explained each pose clearly and guided us with patience.she is a wonderful trainer for us I felt relaxed, more focused, and energized by the end of the session.

Hi all, I started online Yoga(Sakthi yogalaya) last one and half months… initially I thought it was very difficult but later on I gained more interest after I saw the results with my reduced belly fat, more flexibility and more energy. I definitely will continue practicing yoga throughout my life, thanks to my mentor, Devi mam. She encouraged me a lot. Most inspirational lady ❤️❤️

I have disc prolapse in L4 and L5 . My Ortho Doctor suggested to do Yoga with a personal supervision. I came to know about Sakthi yogalaya, a reputed institute of Yoga in Trichy and Devi Madam who is well talented. Thanks to Devi mam who has sent a teacher Mrs Manjula. Mrs Manjula is a promising , talented yoga teacher who could understand the age of a person and his ailment and teaching and helping the person to do the practice in appropriate manner. She is calm, patient enough and intelligent to motivate me and do my practice perfectly even at my 70 years of post retirement life. I feel better and refreshed after starting my yoga practice.She is prompt, honest, sincere in her profession and her dedication to yoga practice is awesome. I am confident to say that Mrs Manjula will be an asset to the institute. I wish her all success in her career. My special appreciation to Sakthi Yogalaya and it's management for carefully selecting the talented professionals and training the people in yoga which is very much needed for every one irrespective of the age to maintain good health.
