Smruti is an excellent Yoga instructor and is very knowledgeable in the subject. She makes sure that every student performs activities accurately and helps achieve really good results. Her classes helped vanished my lower back pain completely.

Smruti is extremely soft spoken and gentle. She will make sure to add variations as per individual needs even in group sessions. Very disciplined with the flow of every session and motivates individual to push with every single move. Smruti will generously enquire about your well being post sessions make suggestions as needed.

I joined Smruti from 02nd October 23. She has always motivated me to do better. I am an overweight and was not sure if I could do the asanas.. it's our coach Smruti who guided and made Yoga a fun session for me. Thank you Smruti.

I have been practicing Yoga with smruti since 2019 and I must say she's the best. She takes care of our overall well-being (physical, mental and emotional). Over the years I have grown stronger and healthier with her. Highly recommended for people of all age groups.

It was best experience, smruti guided very well in all the Asanas and postures which helps us to be in alignments. Smruti is an excellent teacher with lot of knowledge & understanding about Yoga. I was continuously suffering from Lower Back pain, however post joining her classes not only the pain is much in control but i have also improved on flexibility & mental health.
