Really nice yoga sessions conducted by Sandeep Sir. I started his sessions when I had back and neck pain for more than 20 days, and it was completely gone after just 3 yoga sessions. During the session, if you mention pain in any particular area, he immediately modifies the exercises to help relieve that pain. He is very attentive and stays fully focused throughout the entire session. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with pain, weight loss, general fitness or looking for personalized yoga guidance.

Knowledgeable Trainer but suddenly stopped the class without any prior intimation. On asking the reason, we had to stop the class as he requested for fee hike, immediately after 2 months of starting the training.
