Sarvasva Yoga

I joined Sejal mam's class two years ago. The way she teaches is extraordinary. She gives attention to everyone and helps us correct our posture. I have learned advanced asanas from her. At the end of each session, she helps us resolve our queries. The class is designed very well. We receive our monthly workout plan every month, and she conducts classes accordingly. She is not only guiding me on the mat but also off the mat. I can proudly say she is my favorite yoga guru.

Joining Sejal Ma'am online Yoga has been a truly enriching experience. Her classes are amazing she gives personal attention making sure your form is correct and you get the most out of every pose. She gently pushes you to go a notch higher each time. Her class is perfect combination of challenge,calm and personal connection. I have been training with her for over a year and have grown so much in my practice all thanks to her. I highly recommend her classes ❤️

Sarvasva yog with Sejal ma’am - She is an amazing teacher who gives a lot of personal attention , if even you’re not good at something she just doesn’t give up . The type of motivation and growth plus positivity that comes from her is mesmerising . If I say about my personal growth , I could have never imagined on how I have grown my strength and inner self with her . It’s been over a year of me training with her and I don’t even feel like missing a day as non of her class is repeated . Everything and everyday in her class is new and interesting.
