Nice place but some lacuna found in humanitarian behaviour. Rooms are good condition. But quality of food below the expectation. Overall atmosphere are good. Though there are no borders but authority expect to leave the place even in rain immediately after completion of booking hours.

very good area. Natural area which boost positive energy in the body and mind creating a spiritual rhythm. Yoga teacher mawlai ji is also highly knowledgeable person with unique way of teaching yoga. A must visit place for all.

I stay one night there. May be its x catalogire room (In hallroom with multiple bed. Bathroom with hot water facilities. Behavior of Manager polite with strict rules. I also informed that VIP to X all type of room available here.

Best yoga centre of all centers in shillong. Reasonable rate. Everyday classes except weekends and wonderful power yoga exercises.
