Love it!! I truly believe it to be one of the best yoga studios. The instructions are very clear and in simple language and the instructor is the sweetest. She is kind, gentle, understanding, patient, friendly, inclusive and approachable. The cost is reasonably affordable. Student friendly. Highly recommend it. If overall well-being is a priority to one, then one must get enrolled at the Escape Yoga Studio, Laitumkhrah, Shillong.
The best Yoga class i have ever attended in Shillong. Ms Eugenia Hek is extremely positive, hence she conducts her sessions in such a way that your heart, mind and soul feels so relaxed. I have attended many Yoga sessions across the world, however this was the best one i have ever attended.
