Namaste! Very grateful to Rishikesh traditional yoga school for the beautiful time that I spent there!!! I decided to study yin yoga exactly in this school because I’ve heard that it’s one of the best place to learn and experience about yin yoga! Well I can say and highly recommend this school for people who searching this style of yoga! Very beautiful and calm place in Upper Tapovan! Rooms with the beautiful view on Himalayas in a very green zone! Food was very very tasty and various! About teachers - all of my teachers on that course are absolutely professional… very happy and grateful for the knowledge that they shared with us! The owner of the school Rajeev ji solved all the problems in a blink of an eye! Big big thanks for everything! Forever in my heart ❤️ ️

There were countless times during the course that I felt so grateful that I was enrolled in RYTS. It's located at a perfect little spot right next to the Secret Garden Cafe, has a peaceful garden space in front of the school, and is in a clean and safe location. The area is peaceful and lush, with a great view of the mountains from the yoga studio and rooms. I arrived in March, and the weather was absolutely perfect! Since the course is in India, expect the common issues such as cleanliness as compared to a first world country and unusual male attention if you're a woman. These are not issues that any yoga school can control, but are insignificant compared to the experience you're getting. The daily schedule is extremely manageable, allowing students time to explore the upper Tapovan area. The class sizes are small, 5-15 students max. The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful, and are able to break down complex yoga concepts into easy-to-understand segments. My favorite classes were the philosophy classes conducted under the shade of a tree in the garden space. Regarding food, the chef is phenomenal and prepares healthy vegetarian Indian food every day, even preparing certain foods to our request in the last week. The small class size allows for a more personalized course schedule. Our class asked for a cooking class from the chef, yin yoga classes, and a sound healing session, and we were provided with everything we asked for. Rajeev, the coordinator, does everything he can to help every student feel safe, comfortable, and happy at the school. If I could go back, I'd still pick RYTS for my 200 hour certification!

My YTT 200 Yoga journey at Rishikesh Traditional Yoga School was such an enriching experience. The teachers were thorough and guided us in depth with expertise and care. They were happy to be there and you could feel that in their classes. Pammi's constant support and quick resolution of any concerns made the stay smooth. Any concerns were addressed, allowing me to focus wholeheartedly on learning. I am so grateful for the time spent here. This school is a gem for those seeking to immerse themselves in the practice and philosophy of yoga. The food was nourishing and as a woman traveling solo, I felt very secure where we were. I did my 85 hours Yin Yoga ttc back in October 2023. It was an amazing experience. First of all everyone (management, teachers, staff) is so nice and helpful. The teachers are very knowledgeable and attentive, They are very good in their field. They make sure that you cover every subject. School location is very good. The view is so nice and calming. Food is great. It was such a beautiful experience overall and I'm glad I did it. Thank you so much I'm so grateful

I came here for Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 and 2023, and I had a wonderful experience with the teachers. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive throughout the entire journey. The environment is peaceful and encouraging, making it a perfect place to deepen your yoga practice and understanding. I truly learned a lot and would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in yoga teacher training.

My 24 days Yoga journey was transformative! The teachers were excellent, guiding me to deepen my practice. The serene ambiance was perfect for inner peace. A special mention to Mr. Sunil for his delicious, nourishing meals that fueled my days and Mr. Pammi for his impeccable management, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
