I’ve had an excellent experience at this gym. The atmosphere is motivating, the facilities are well-maintained, and everything needed for a complete workout is available. A special mention goes to Trainer Thanil, who has been outstanding throughout my fitness journey. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. His training sessions are well-structured, and he ensures that each exercise is performed with the correct technique. He also customizes workouts to match individual goals, making progress both effective and sustainable. What stands out the most is his encouragement and constant motivation, which make every session enjoyable and result-oriented. I’m extremely satisfied with the results I’ve achieved so far and truly appreciate the guidance I’ve received. I would highly recommend this gym and Trainer Thanil to anyone serious about improving their fitness.

I like the gym facility, and the place has an aesthetic look. The trainers are friendly and experienced, and the equipment is in brand new condition. It’s the best place to start your fitness journey in Pondicherry. I can already feel the difference after joining the gym with the guidance of the trainers, I’ve gained strength and muscle. Earlier, I couldn’t even lift weights or do pushups, but now I can.
