SAN Fitness Studio gym

Been a member here since 1 yr and two months and continuing. Firstly greaaaaat space 3rd and fourth floor with lift access...a separate floor for cardio ,zumba and abs machine and another floor for resistance training alone With locker system cum changing rooms for womens in 3rd and men in 4th floor Fully air-conditioned from morning 5:30 am to night 9:30 pm.on weekdays and upto 12-12:30 pm sundays Awesome space is the first thing to mind.. All necessary equipment and materials for a complete body makeover with trainers are available here. The previous name was muscle studio now it's SAN fitness studio Those who want a change and experience a difference should be here. And it's now my second home !!!

I also love the positive and motivating atmosphere. The community here is so welcoming—it makes every workout something to look forward to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serious fitness centre that cares about your results and well-being!

Fully ac brightly coloured wall panels perfect for workout selfies. Qualified trainers and all equipments and free weights. Perfect place for a workout I town. The views from the fourth of Pondy floor are spectacular. You see till the ocean. Great place to see the sun rise and sun set list workout.

Worst gym. They switch off the air conditioner often . And most of the time power won't be there. There is no power back up . Most suffocating gym.

when I first joined, I was struggling to find motivation and directions in my fitness goals. But with the help of the trainers and staff, I've been able to achieve things I never thought possible .The gym is always spotless and well-maintained. The equipment is modern and in great condition. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. They are energetic and engaging. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at gym. Overall, I highly recommend muscle studio gym to anyone looking for a great gym with a supportive community.
