One of the very old, beautiful and centrally located centre’s of Art of Living. Had done my first basic course here only in Jan 2008. Excellent venue for learning yoga and meditation through various courses, follow ups and attending satsang.

The best way to get connected with self is to do one of the courses here. It brings stability to your thoughts and makes you centered. Sudarshan Kriya is a huge turning point in ones life so would recommend everyone to go, learn it and experience the magic.
