I have been training at this gym for the last three months under the guidance of my trainer Samsad, and the results have been truly life-changing. When I started, I couldn’t even lift a 5 kg dumbbell or do a 40 kg leg press. Today, I am able to press 80 kg on the leg press and lift 15 kg dumbbells comfortably — all within just 3 months. Along with strength gains, my fat loss, cholesterol, blood sugar, HB1AC, and BP levels have all improved naturally without any medication. My stamina, power, and overall fitness have increased tremendously. The best part is the training style — zero injuries, fully safe workouts, proper form corrections, and a very polite and knowledgeable trainer. Samsad truly understands how to train a beginner and transform them safely. This gym is undoubtedly one of the best for real, visible, healthy results. Highly recommended!

As someone who cycles 30-40 km regularly, I appreciated the cardio gear and open space. One thing to check: if you want a structured diet plan alongside the workout, you’ll want to confirm if a nutritionist is included. Overall, it’s a top choice in Patna for serious fitness and comfort. I would rate it 4.5-5 out of 5 based on my experience so far.

Its not fit galaxy its fraud galaxy for sure..If you don’t get a 10,000Rs Personal trainer they won’t tell you even a single thing..Like not anything. The no. of equipments is also less. Taking the example of equipments for back workouts they have only one equipment for lat pull down, seated rows , close grip pulls etc so you will have to wait a lot for the equipment to be empty. So if you just want a place where you can get good selfies go there else at the price they offer you can surely go to some other better gym. Hope this helps. Thank you.
