If you are truly seeking a REAL facial and an experience which truly lifts your mind body and spirit this is the place to go to. Excellent facials warm staff. The Buccal massage is a MUST highly highly recommend it. Payal was my therapist and she was brilliant.

I went in delhi attending a wedding in the day I was free so I went there to experience the place as I saw their page on Instagram. I was lured and told do a skin collagen facial it will be good for your skin. I have gone to this place with flawless skin and when I left they spoilt my entire face. There was no facial experience. All show and ntn they wasted 10 mins to set up sound therapy which they did only 2 mins then the lady asked me any makeup I said no still she took a cotton n cleaned My face to check wasted another 10 mins In 20 mins the lady tapped my face dug her knuckles in my face and did face cupping so hard that my face started burning n getting hot I told her I’m having discomfort. I still thought the facial will now start and I’ll be fine next thing I know she applies a pack n says it’s over I had no words it was a scam. I came out my entire face was bruised blue & red it was burning when I told the owner MS VIBHUTi she was so rude and arrogant instead of apologising she was justifying by shouting at me and saying I don’t have knowledge we aren’t a local salon we do our facials like this only. Instead of sympathising showing some sort of empathy she was screaming. don’t ever think that their facial will relax u you will feel beaten up and tortured by them and you won’t even get a sorry. The reception staff still apologised and was very concerned for me. But horrible experience total disappointment I don’t even know how to go for the wedding my face is burning.

I came in here expecting something different and i got it. The lymphatic drainage facial and korean hair spa were a great experience. The facial was extremely relaxing and gave a great glow!! Sunita was superb.

Quiet n pleasing ambience with a great menu of face treatments. I personally take the face massages and they're done really nicely. Id also recommend Meghna for face yoga/massages . She's outstanding with her technique.
