Just wrapped up 6 days of yoga classes and I'm feeling amazing.The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the classes are challenging yet accessible. I've noticed improvements in my flexibility and specially my legs pain is reduced and I love how yoga makes me feel more centered and calm.
