I am doing online yoga class with Vishuddhi Yoga Studio and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The convenience of practicing yoga from the comfort of my own home was a game-changer. They provided clear instructions and demonstrated each pose with precision, making it easy to follow along, even for a beginner like myself. After every class, I felt relaxed, rejuvenated, and more flexible. It was a comprehensive workout for both body and mind. I had one of my best yoga experiences with Vishuddhi Yoga studio.I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but instructors here are very knowledgeable and helpful, they went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after my first session. I would highly recommend this studio. Instructors are gentle professionals. Their attention to detail during our yoga session is unmatched.I will continue to practice yoga at this studio for sure.

I'm a complete beginner to yoga so I really appreciate having affordable one on one lessons that are tailored to my limited abilities. My instructor has always been friendly and patient and is experienced enough to vary lessons to keep them interesting. He is also reliable and professional with bookings and willing to be flexible with cancellations and rescheduling as needed. I can highly recommend.
