SS YOGA CLASSES

The teacher takes care to guide each person individually and teaches with such kindness and clarity. Learning about the benefits of yoga and simple lifestyle changes has made a real difference in my health. I’m grateful for the progress and will surely continue! highly recommend these classes to everyone!

I’ve been attending SS yoga classes for more than a year. She create such a calm and welcoming environment that makes every session feel energizing. Its been one month since I have joined ....but I'm feeling better as ma'am is very disciplined and personally teach to every student.
