One of the best unisex gym in kollam.Definitely recommend .The whole atmosphere in the gym is so friendly and welcoming. and also the coach(sandeep) is a great trainer who deals with everyone individually based on their ability and needs. Even more importantly he's personable with a great sense of humor to make a workout feel fun.
