Sajith is highly knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition, and the atmosphere is very respectful of everyone’s privacy. I made solid progress here – built noticeable strength, improved my stamina, and dropped around 6 kg of fat in just 3 months. My lifts have gone up, my form has gotten cleaner, and I feel much leaner and more energetic both inside and outside the gym.

I have been to most gym in kollam but haven't experienced a better gym like LYF fitness in my life, everyone respect eachothers privacy and provides great ambiance where we can focus on ourselves.

I had never set foot in a gym before, so when my cousin invited me to LYF Fitness, I was hesitant. Despite my doubts, I decided to give it a try, thinking I wouldn't last a week. However, after the first day, I was impressed. The owner, CEO, and main trainer, Sajith, is excellent and clearly knows his stuff. He is very supportive and incredibly helpful for a complete beginner like me. Nowadays, I make every effort not to miss a session. If I can't make it in the morning, I strive to attend in the evening.
