I don’t know what to say about this yoga studio. The more I say, it will be less. The ambiance, the teachers everything is so good. Never felt monotonous. At 50, my body flexibility improved a lot, my migraine attacks has become less. Everyday , we learn something new . Yuvika Mam, is awesome. I have become a big fan of her charm, her body flexibility, her personality. I try not to miss a single class. They use different types of props which make every class very interesting. Every Saturday, there is one guided meditation class. These classes made me feel more relaxed and calm through out the week. Love their sound healing techniques. My favourite place is our green Tara prayer room. Somehow, I feel very positivity every time I sit there. I am thankful to my friend who recommended this place .

I Have been practicing yoga for over 3 months now and till now no sessions have been same… Every session is different and more challenging than before. Niru mam and Neha mam will ease me into poses and stretches that I can’t believe I would be able to do. I am thoroughly enjoying my yoga journey with the greatest yoga teachers.Thank you for a great classes really loving the classes

This is not the place for just doing yoga but it helped me to overcome anxiety and stress. With the support of mam I have regained self-confidence and purpose of my life.everyday there are different Asana and doing it differently has made us enthusiastic to do more .

All the teachers are excellent. The classes are energising and fun. I like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. Due to my cervical pain i was suffering a lot and cannot move my neck easily. They lets us know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries or any weaknesses, which is really helpful.

My husband and I do online yoga classes from Seattle, USA with Niru ma’am from Veda Yogshala. Niru Ma’am is an excellent yoga instructor. She modulates her teachings to suit our level, and is very patient but persistent. She is also very flexible on timings to suit our time zone.
