I feel truly grateful to be a part of Om Yoga Center. Our teacher, Kavita Singh, is extremely polite, friendly, and approachable. She explains every posture with so much patience and care that it becomes easy for everyone to follow. I had a long-standing health issue that was bothering me a lot, and with her guidance and regular practice, it has been completely resolved. I feel lighter, healthier, and mentally very peaceful now. This yoga class has brought a very positive change in my life. I genuinely look forward to every session and always leave feeling refreshed and happy. Ma'am is a very professional trainer and while training she takes care of medical issues involved and suggests the suitable yoga as needed. She has been training me for last 4 years and I was able to loose weight and heal my existing leg back pain issue. She is an amazing human being and very very positive person.
