Best yoga class for all age group.Nuyoga is situated in a very calm and peaceful place.In every class you get to learn new things.Amala ma'am is a very dedicated yoga teacher. The meditation at the end of every class really gives full relaxation to our body .i feel young, energetic , flexible and enthusiastic after each session.Thanks to Amala ma'am for reversing my age.

It was my mother who joined first, and then from her excellent review about the yoga class the whole family ie me my husband and 3 boys are now the regular members of this yoga center. Amala is an excellent trainer, i just enjoy the 1hr class.

My daughter attends her online class. She is a very good yoga teacher. She has indepth knowledge. Her instructions are also very clear. I highly recommend it for everybody.
