Sri Chaithanya

The yoga sessions helped me achieve discipline and balance. The meditation sessions are wonderful and I was able to experience and appreciate the stillness that is ever present within us. Every session gives me a sense of calmness. I thank Lakshmi ma'am for the opportunity to take part in the classess.

It was a wonderful experience with the organization. The freedom which we experience is priceless and the ambience is exuberant and it is not a yoga centre alone it is an integral development group where we can see and feel completely dedicated selfless loving people. I was always overwhelmed with the inner beauty of srichaithanya .Just come in and take away your well being. Long time before by grace I got an opportunity to get in that was really a blessing till now.

The yoga classes have been of immense help to me. It has helped ease my stress and helped me cultivate a positive, calm and peaceful frame of mind. Each class has been memorable and helped me enhance both my physical and mental wellness. I consider myself fortunate to be a part of this under the guidance of such experienced and inspiring teachers. I will continue to attend these classes as well as recommend the same to all my contacts.

I joined Sri Chaitanya as a lifetime member since 1999 dec 31st as i was not patient enough to extend it to the new year.I could meet wonderful people there who can teach us to find out happiness in us and guide how to live with awareness. Yogacharya Ramachandraji trained us yoga techniques and our altime beloved Viswan sir helped us how be meditated.Also the sessions of swamiji Nirmalananda giri given us a different experience.

I had initial yoga lessons at this institute which paved the way for my yoga way of leaving.. I feel very much at home when ever it happens to visit shri.Chaithanya...I had good counseling session also there
