I had approached Rajendranji for yoga to help resolve my sedentary lifestyles issues which primarily were neck-back pain, poor sleep etc. Being a seasoned yoga trainer he has the right packaged yogasanas which holistically improved me as well as addressed above issues. Rajendranji's methods are light instructional, non stressful and advances up as we train and later on to be self sustained. So after 4 months you are on your own. Post training we are welcome to occasionally join any of the centers to refresh or clarify any pose. Sir also makes sure that you can demo to other fellow batch mates and the vibe during the class are so welcoming and positive. Your medical conditions are also inquired by Rajendranji so you only do the asanas you are supposed to do. Thoroughly professional and great service offered.

It's really an apt place for attending Yoga classes. I had attended a three months course and is really helpful in my physical and mental fitness. Under the guidance of Rajendran sir, every one can experience a good session which would help us in all aspects. If we miss out any classes, he will make up the same through next day practise or can attend in any of his classes which would be held in surroundings of Tripunithura. In all sense, it is really a wonderful place for your Yoga dream!!!

Great experience attending the yoga foundation course at Sree Poornathrayeesha Temple Tpra. Yogacharya Rajendran sir is so qualified and trains you in a way everyone could follow. You could experience the improvement in your physical and mental health in a couple of sessions. Practicing that you learn is what makes the difference.
