Decidí ir a la clase de Achu en mi estancia en Kochi y fue justo lo que necesitaba. Me gusta practicar varios estilos de yoga y conocer a varios maestros, dicho esto la clase fue justo lo que necesitaba, la guía y sus ajustes fueron muy buenos y sutiles y la clase era lo que necesitaba. Sin duda volvería a tomar sus clases

La mejor escuela de yoga en la que he practicado, sin duda. Ya han pasado unos meses y aún recuerdo con tanto amor y cariño esa clase y a Achu, el instructor... Si pasas por Fort Kochi, recomiendo que te pongas en contacto con la escuela y vayas un día.

Me siento muy feliz de haberte encontrado de nuevo en esta vida, seguro que seguiremos en contacto y en videollamadas, eres muy sabio y tus enseñanzas son A1, espero verte pronto, lo mejor para ti. Lo mejor de las clases de Sajee es la facilidad con que logra hacer que realices posturas que parecen difíciles, y también los cantos en sánscrito y su música. HERMOSO. Muy feliz estoy.

I took two classes with Achu during my stay in Kochi and have enjoyed my practice here. Achu is very welcoming, friendly and a well prepared teacher. He teaches with clear instructions , alignment cues and gives proper adjustments as well as assisting and guiding students into deeper postures, which makes the class suitable for all levels, from beginners to intermediate / advanced. Class starts with Savasana / meditation / body scanning, chanting that sets a calm tone for the asana practice that follows, covering everything from hip openers, backbending, arm balancing to inversions. He ends classes with Savasana adjustments that helps students to relax and let go completely. Overall his class is thoughtfully paced and offers a calming and focused atmosphere which I enjoyed very much. Thank you, Achu! I look forward to practicing with you again when I'm back in Kochi next time 🙂

We had the greatest morning yoga with Santhi Yoga at Secret Garden in Kochi. The teacher was a very gentle guide into the postures, helping us each time to get a better stretch or try to get into heastand positions. The place is very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommence !

As I said directly to Achu, it might be one of the best classes I’ve ever taken, the environment, basic yoga poses which he tries to make challenging even for advanced yogees. Top! He really made my day better

You can be relaxed in this yoga studio. Instructor’s voice lead me focusing and meditation. And he can match level for each yogi and yogini. If you love Yoga, you might be satisfied here like me. 부동과 릴렉스한 걸 좋아하는 요기, 요기니들에게 강력 추천합니다! 감기로 컨디션이 안좋아서 2시간 수련 시간보고 어드밴스한 집중수련일까봐 걱정했는데 사바아사나로 긴장풀고 시작 하타식 수리야나마스카라, 아쉬탕가식 수리야나마스카라 가볍게 웜업하고 대체로 느긋하고 천천히 안내해주시는데 너무 좋았어요. 부드럽게 천천히 진행하지만 저는 니라람바 시르사, 핀차마유라, 바카아사나 변형까지 이어가서 숙련자분들도 충분히 만족하실거예요 에어컨은 없지만 덥고 습한 케랄라 날씨덕분에 비크람 요가 가능,, 몸 잘열려요,, 최고 핸즈온도 꼼꼼히 해주시는데 부담스러울 정도는 아니라서 좋았어요.
