Very nice place for practicing yoga, as the yoga instructor Unnikrishnan sir motivates us and encourage us through out the entire session. I practice Yoga under Unnikrishnan Sir for 6months 2 years back, even now my morning routine begins with Surya Namaskar that enhance my personality and spirituality. I had a wonderful experience in Sanskriti Yoga Kendra.
I’ve been a student here two years back and the effect it had on my lifestyle was so great that after I came back to kochi I rejoined. Unni sir with his calmness and patience is a great yoga teacher and to start off the day with yoga classes is the best highlight of my day.
