I recently joined this yoga class and it’s been a wonderful experience. The sessions are calming, well-guided, and easy to follow. Each class leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more balanced. The way everything is explained with care and patience really makes a difference. I’m truly grateful and looking forward to learning more every day.

After I start coming to yoga class my body got more flexible and I am learning new new stuffs and my mind is getting relaxed nowadays and our yoga mam is also teaching us very well.

Very good.. it's fun... Classes are going according to our preferences.. she takes it slow and teaching yoga according to our health preferences.. loving it

Very good explanation of kinds of yoga ,very useful for active life,so continue this class .very helpful to maintain healthy life style peace of mind And consistency so happy to participate in this class
