I got to know Prabha mam through my friends circle. Many of them were actively doing sessions with her. I was into tech/software leading a majorly sedentry lifestyle due to my nature of work. It's been three years and my yoga journey has been steady until now. I have lost 15 kgs weight under her guidance and most importantly she helped cure my back pain permanently due to strengthening and my bad periods pain is also gone. When going with fitness, we have ups and downs and she understands each nuance and stays patient sculpting the plan and exercises according to me. I would say it would be so hard to find someone like her and imagine 3 years of continuous yoga for me who has not done any fitness routine properly in the past. I would heavily recommend her personally to anyone who wants a good Yoga tutor at Karur. You will only thank me.
