The yoga centre is situated in the premises of BD Arya college so it has ample of parking space and is very safe for everyone. The centre has lot of equipments for yoga training. So there is lot of excercise variation to break the monotony.

My wife and I started classes at The Soul Yoga one and a half months ago. For the past two years, I had completely lost my sense of smell. Two well-known ENT doctors in Jalandhar had advised me to undergo surgery. I discussed this matter with my yoga teacher, Mr. Suraj Sharma Ji. He started guiding me through some special pranayama practices. After just two days, about 25% of my sense of smell returned, and within the next two days, it was fully restored to 100%. Now I am able to experience every kind of fragrance. My family and I extend our heartfelt gratitude to Suraj Sir.
