I've joined OSR fitness studio this year and my weight was 81.7 kgs and now i am at 67.5 kgs it's been an amazing fitness journey. What sets this Gym apart is the guidance that nidhi mam has given . She is knowledgeable, motivating, and have played a crucial role in helping me achieve my fitness goals. it's like a supportive community where everyone encourages each other.
