Jaipur Pilates & Yoga Studio

This review is based on my experience with Shiwani as a personal trainer who conducted home sessions, and not a review of the studio. I trained with Shiwani for about 3 months. While she is a yoga trainer, we did very few yoga asanas, and mostly only when I specifically asked. Yoga was largely limited to Surya Namaskar. Most sessions focused on core work, cardio, and general exercises. On the positive side, she helped me build a consistent workout routine of 5 days a week, which I appreciated. Although the sessions were scheduled for 60 minutes, they usually lasted only 45-50 minutes in total, including the breaks I took between sets. By around the 45th minute, I would already be cooling down, and she left a few minutes early every single day. As a pet parent herself, she was very kind to my dog, which I genuinely liked. However, from a professional perspective, I expected her full attention during sessions. She often mentioned being tired from her morning sessions. And would be on her phone taking personal calls, replying to messages, or even browsing online shopping sites. This took away from the quality of the training. Overall, while the routine and consistency were helpful, I had hoped for a more focused, and attentive personal training experience. Rating: 3.5/5 Fees paid: ₹15,000 per month (5 days a week)

It is really good experience. The teacher is kindly and nicely for teaching and sending with time thought doing yoga. She hold a one class suddenly for me travel when i come to jaipur as a traveller. I really appreciate. Thank you for your support and time!

The pilates sessions are well structured and thoughtfully planned, which makes them challenging yet motivating which helped me stay consistent. Shivani gives great personal attention during each session, which has made a big difference in my confidence and strength. The workouts helped me build muscle and I actually look forward to working out now!

The studio is awesome , the coaches Shivani mam and Parmeshwar sir are amazing with their work , they provide excellent one on one training. The evironment is pleasant and comfortable .
