I’m so happy I made the decision to go VYS. I lost around 13 KG in 3 months. It has helped me change my eating habits along with adding exercise into my lifestyle. It's amazing place to shape your body inside out. All the trainers at VYS are wonderful, helpful, and coperative.Proper technique is followed for exercise ,which creates trust on vys.i also attended it's online classes, which is also effective. I would totally recommend it to anyone struggling to lose weight. Thank you Krishna Dhakad mam for your personal caring. My journey has not stopped so we will continue until I reach my goal. And last but not least,I would say the process of weight lose in Krishna mam class is amazing and with full of fun.Her classes are designed so well and versatile as it includes yoga ,power yoga, High intensity workout,cardio,weight training, strength training, streching sessions, meditation sessions,zumba,areal and lots of things.
