After taking the class, my body feels much lighter, and the swelling I used to worry about everyday has also improved. I have attended many yoga classes before, but this is the first timesuch a well - organuzed class with so much care and attention. I truly feel grateful that I was able to learn his Yoga class here. Even beginners who have never practices yoga before can learn comfortably, as everything is taught with patience and clarity. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much.
