The online sessions given by Francesco have helped me so much! I had given up yoga because of some physical problems. Francesco's online classes are gentle and have helped me to bring yoga back into my life. The almost daily sessions are a joy: they give me a regular structure of practice that help me to integrate a schedule of yoga into my life. The exercises are improving my physical well being after just a few weeks. What I appreciate most are the breathing exercises, which give me a feeling of deep relaxation, while being fully awake and clear in my head. His classes are a great start to my day. Francesco and Deepa are wonderful people . Both Deepa and Francesco are gentle professionals. Their attention to detail during the surya Kriya session is unmatched. I felt a strong sense of calm upon arrival to their studio, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility. It was a great experience!

Great experience learning Surya kriya here. The place feels very calming and energised. After the sessions i am able to remember and do all steps of S.K by myself. Looking forward to learn other Isha Hatha Yoga practices.

In this lockdown period, I had a lot of work and was feeling tired…I was struggling to find time to practice yoga. Had to take an hour out of my sleep to be here for the online morning class.
