I am so happy to have found Jyoti mam through savastify. Her teaching style is gental,supportive and tolerated. She introduced me how amazing and beneficial yoga can be. I have seen my body become fir flexible stronger and better under Jyoti’s guidence! It’s been wonderful and highly recommend her.

The yoga instructor Khushi is doing a great job. I approached her for yoga for back pain. It's been a month and I've experienced considerable relief. She is excellent in the technical knowledge. She knows the magic of appropriate "inhale- exhale " tricks. She is extremely punctual and regular. Khushi has not been late ever by even a single minute. She is flexible and understands the trainee. I've felt very comfortable with her and have had positive results in the form of reduced body pain and general fitness in a very short span of time.. Thank you Khushi for being such a great yoga trainer!

I have been taking prenatal yoga from Babita ji since last month (second trimester running). It has been a such a great and positive addition to my pregnancy journey. Babita ji teaches with great patience and flexibility to your self needs. She allows you enough time and guidance while each session. I have had back issues during my pregnancy but these yoga classes have provided me great relief. She combines yoga with meditation, which is so peaceful and helps me with anxiety and focus. I highly recommend these classes and Babita ji for her professional approach 🙂

I have had the most amazing experience with Manisha who is my yoga coach, She has been humble, gentle, and at the same time pushy for someone like me who has not moved over years. She is extremely accommodating and at the same time demanding when it comes to managing my yoga session. Totally recommended for all of those who are looking for a good and caring trainer.
